Mrs. Wold, is a seasoned executive in international  and national business and a serial entrepreneur. In 2001 she started a WBE Business Development & Consulting Co. called, WJT Global Trade & Consulting where she matched development companies with project companies in Europe.

In 2007 she was appointed a Board Member with Lavi International, a trans-continental Financial, Trading and Investment Group based out of Europe. Lavi offered a broad range of services and products in finance and investments, crude oil exploration and general import & export of  merchandise working in Canada, USA, and other European countries. Mrs. Wold in her Executive positions saw in niche in the market to assist traders in the energy industry. She developed specialized diversified 'female' sales teams to negotiate contracts in energy, gas and oil industries. 

She is a strong believer in educating young women to stretch themselves beyond their comfort zone in industries outside of the norm. On the humanitarian side, Mrs. Wold in her role as a director was appointed and authorized to implement corporate humanitarian and investment projects, arranged relations with communities and governmental bodies in supporting humanitarian projects.

Tommy Dal Santo has been in the Construction Industry for 47 years, working in the field on multi-million dollar building and highway heavy highways projects.  Active in apprenticeship programs and education.  Later years, was business manager for 25 years with Laborers International Union of North America Local 32, as a professional in negotiations and labor disputes, also as a political labor leader.  Tom also works closely with trade unions and contractors to ensure no work stoppages and to help bring projects in on time and on budget.
